In addition to helping co-found 430 Mobile, Joe has successfully shepherded a commercial general contracting and development business in the Greater Washington Baltimore Metropolitan Region for the past 20-years. Joe’s experience in working with design professionals in development and construction have translated into imaginative ideas and promising products for 430 Mobile Corporation. Joe’s position as an outsider and relative newcomer to the software industry is responsible for his unique perspective and fresh take on 430 Mobile Corporation’s overall business model.

In addition to his experience as the head of multiple companies over the past 25-years, Joe brings his BS in Finance from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management to 430 Mobile Corporation.

Rob Daly

Rob Daly's primary function is helping Brett and Joe build the 430 Mobile team, set direction, and establish the core values and culture of our young company.

Rob has over 22 years of experience in applied software engineering. In 2003, Rob sold his majority interest in Number Six Software, Inc., a software engineering firm he co-founded in 1994. As Number Six's President, Rob led and organically grew it into a 50+ person company. While Rob was at Number Six, all growth was through revenue, not capital investment, and Number Six was "in the black" every quarter since its inception. Rob then co-founded and now serves as Chairman of 5AM Solutions (http://www.5amsolutions.com), which has followed the same growth model – 5AM has no external investment and is growing steadily. Rob is also a Director of Stelligent, a company dedicated to software delivery automation (http://www.stelligent.com). 430 Mobile Corporation represents Rob's latest bootstrapped endeavor. Though now more often engaged in leadership and management roles, Rob is an acknowledged expert in object technology and has contributed to and reviewed acclaimed technology books. He holds a BS in aeronautical engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. In his spare time, Rob also serves several non-profits, and serves on the board of the Sea to Shore Alliance (http://www.sea2shore.org).
